In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

It is true that in some parts of our world people are pursuing buying their own homes rather than renting them. There are various reasons to explain why this is the case. In my opinion, this trend could lead to more drawbacks than positives.

Telling the truth at all times is not essential. On some occasions it is necessary to tell lies, and it is wrong to tell the truth. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

A debate over whether or not it is vital for people to be honest at all times has gained attention. While some argue that there is no need to tell truth all the time, I disagree with this statement. I personally agree that it is reasonable to tell truth on all occasions.

So far, the problems with transportation and housing in urban areas are extremely alarming. Therefore, it is true that the legal bodies encourage firms to transport to the suburbs to handle this matter. From my perspective, this strategy is beneficial to a certain extent. The following paragraphs would shed light on my viewpoint.

Some individuals believe that affluence affords the wealthy a favourable opportunity to assist the disadvantaged. Although this tendency is not required for the wealthy, I believe this viewpoint is correct because it enhances the quality of life and society as a whole.

I personally agree that it makes a positive effect on improving the reading and writing skills of the group at young ages.

There is no doubt that these days countries are increasing their trade and cultural connections. Some believe that it is a positive thing while others disagree with this idea. In this essay, I will discuss both points of view and I will share my personal opinion.

The phenomenon of encouraging the public to form a low-sugar diet behaviour should be a responsibility taken by those sugary foods companies, which should increase their product's price to achieve this goal has aroused wide concern among various circles. Divergent as people's views on this issue in question may be, I disagree that food prices should be increased in order to control the sugar consumption of the public.

Some people advocate the viewpoint that it is significant for children to have the ability to distinguish right and wrongdoings in their childhood times and being punished is a vital tool to assist this learning.I party agree with this notion. This essay will put forth my opinion along with the required types of punishments that must be used to teach kids this attitude.

The significant rise in traffic accidents has become a major concern for the public. Therefore, it is of the opinion that increasing the minimum age for legally driving a car or motorbike is the most efficient solution to overcome this issue. While this way works to some extent, I believe that there are other resolutions which are more advantageous.

Some people think that high authorities and large-scale businesses can help to reduce the causative agents that are polluting the ecosystem rather than common men. However, I partially agree with the statement and in this essay, I will discuss and support my opinion about the debate with practical examples.

However, I firmly believe that it should be spent more on transport, not on the national reading room because it is beneficial for much more people and should be the priority.

In this technological era, it is irrefutable fact that people have wide and various types of options available for doing a single choice. So the majority of crowds believe that the community have lots of products to choose any one as compared with the past. I discuss some of the relevant examples in the ensuing paragraph.

After graduating from high school, some individuals think that it would be beneficial for them to find a decent job immediately, whereas others hold the opposite perspective that higher education will be an optimal option. From my perspective, the latter view would be more suitable for one's success in their career path.

According to some points of view, products from animals or animals themselves can be utilized in various sectors such as medicine, food or clothing. I personally agree that animal products should be used for the welfare of the public ,however, they should be properly tested and verified before implementation.
