Every year several languages die out. Some people think that this is not important because life will be easier if there are fewer languages in the world. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion.

Learning different languages will not be widely necessary in the future as it is today because some of them have recently been extinguished. I strongly believe that fewer languages in the world would be the most important characteristic to secure more job opportunities and improve the relationship between countries. Firstly, studying other idioms will become unnecessary to succeed professionally. Moreover, foreigners will be highly capable to discuss business with each other, without worrying about comprehension.

Formal examinations are the only effective way to assess a student’s performance. Continual assessment such as coursework and projects is not a satisfactory way to do this. Do you agree or disagree?

Formal examinations are the most used tool to grade students’ performance. Some courses might have other coursework such as essays, research papers and presentations, however, final exams are almost always the primary method to conclude pupils’ level of understanding of the subject. In my opinion, these test papers may not always give the full idea of students’ abilities and how different types of assessment can be as useful to measure them.

Nowadays, a growing number of people with health problems are trying alternative medicines and treatments instead of visiting their usual doctor. Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

In the contemporary world, many individuals are more inclined on opting for different medications and cures for their well-being rather than reaching out to their regular healthcare specialists. In my opinion, this is a positive development, where people can try various approaches of treatment for their health issues which involve fewer side-effects, in addition to discovering a conservative home remedy.

Recently,more and more community members are using herbal remedies and products instead of going to hospitals.Overview,people believe taking alternative prescriptions with natural properties due to lack of payment and less stress whereas going to the hospital will cost their time and money.

Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase the recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think that laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste

Governments can help to improve recycling by making it a legal requirement as some individuals believe that not all of the waste from houses is recycled. I strongly believe that enforcement of laws is needed to make people recycle most of their waste as this will enlighten them on the good environment and production of raw materials.

Some people say that music is an effective way of bringing people from different cultures and ages together. To what extent do you agree?

Many people believe that music is a useful tool to explore other cultures and make relations between populations of different ages. In my opinion, I completely agree with this statement and I believe that music is crucial for the development of connections between cultures thanks to its short format and that states bridge across generations due to its emotional implications.

Goverments should make people responsible for looking after their own local environment. Do you agree or disagree?

Various controversies emerged that the lawmaker should impose laws on the landlords to keep their own environment clean. In my point of view, I totally agree with the legislation because of my own experience and examples from other countries. I will explain my reasons in the following paragraphs.

It is often suggested that technological advances will affect the loss of cultural traditions so they can not be put together. Personally, I can neither completely agree nor disagree with this statement for a variety of reasons. In this essay, I will illustrate two sides of this phenomenon, in the context of Ha Giang tourism, as known as the northern province of Vietnam.

It is often argued that with the recent advancements and availability of resources online, people don't feel the need for historical spots. In my opinion, these places are an important part of the culture but the use of the internet makes the information readily available. Hence, I strongly disagree with this statement.

Nowadays, it is common for many people to get stuck in one or more bad situations. On the one hand, many argue that it is better to accept them and continue to live trying not to focus on them but rather on the many other positive sides of life. On the other hand, others believe that it is better to get out of such situations by trying to improve them.

Unquestionably, every coin has two sides and so are the people. Society's people are divided into two groups and therefore the government sponsorship of higher education has become a topic of debate among people. This essay will compare and contrast both of the opinions along with my opinion which is in the favour of former view will be discussed in a sensible conclusion.

The primary aim of music to humanity is to curtail anxiety.  In my opinion, despite the soothing nature of melody to anxious individuals, however,I totally disagree as its effects are temporary and believe that stress reduction can only be achieved by preventing or removal of stressors through a healthy lifestyle and seeking help when needed.

Most parents give their children whatever they requested for, and also give then freedom to do whatever they like without correcting them or asking them questions about their action. In my own opinion it is dangerous to spoiled them or given them early stage freedom, it may have negative effect in their future when their parents grow old or they can't longer meet up with their demands.

Increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve growing traffic and pollution problems. To what extent do you agree or disagree? What other measures do you think might be effective?

Nowadays people are concerned and brainstorming effective ways to alleviate congested traffic and pollution from vehicles. Some think if consumers are charged a premium on petrol, traffic and pollution problems will be kept to a minimum. I completely disagree and don’t think increasing the petrol price isn’t an optimal solution.

It is often argued that the ratio of people living in the West consuming processed food is increasing significantly, whereas, it is believed that the community should focus on eating healthily. In my opinion, I completely agree with this statement, as it has a negative impact on physical and mental well-being.

In the current age, although some people believe that preserving government libraries is a waste of time, others believe that it is not. However, I am a staunch believer that public libraries are essential to any community because they have a positive impact on society. Thus, development technologies cannot replace community libraries because they play a vital role in people's lives.
