IELTS Opinion Writing Samples Band 8
It is often believed by a few critics that government funding should be utilized on promoting to lead a healthy lifestyle while others oppose the thought and say it needs to be credited towards the citizens who are sick. I believe, in my humble opinion, funds should be used to create awareness amongst people as prevention is better than cure. I will be outlining a few aspects in forthcoming paragraphs to rationalize my agreement.
Computer technology has greatly developed to the level where (in which) they are actually able to translate our languages. Accordingly, there is an opinion that no longer, the burden of learning foreign languages should be put on the shoulder of our children at school. Personally, however, I disagree with this opinion, for despite their innovative capabilities in many fields, computers still possess inevitable limits in dealing with complex human languages.
Over the last decade, the rate of consumption of fossil fuels is alarming. Experts are suggesting exploring and developing alternative substances that could potentially replace fossil fuels to produce green power. In this essay, I will elucidate my viewpoint on why it is imperative to come up with solutions to the rapid depletion of fossil fuels.
Unlike in the past, we have to travel to other countries on a frequent basis due to various reasons. Therefore it is a common problem for anyone to cope with multi-cultural environments which create social as well as practical challenges. Challenges could vary from language barriers to cultural understanding issues with local communities. So, I agree, the task is by no means an easy one to get rid of these issues very easily without facing them courageously.
Nowadays, there is a debate about how to treat those who break the rules. Some people think that lawbreakers should be sent to jail, while others believe that there are better ways to deal with them. I understand that prison is necessary for certain crimes, but in most cases, it is an overreaction. Let's explore both perspectives.
In the contemporary world, fossil fuel depreciation is a considerable issue due to heavy usage. Therefore, some individuals think that reduce to the consumption of fossil fuel government should provide permits to motivate people to purchase electric vehicles. I strongly believe in the statement and this essay would discuss why government grants are important to buy electric vehicles.
It is held by some people that English is used and will be used as a global language as it has many advantages to disadvantages. However, I completely disagree with this statement because the negative impacts of this phenomenon have their own importance.

Some people believe that education is necessary to reduce crime after the prisoner is released. The criminals will have a new opportunity to find a job instead of doing crime again. In my point of view, I agree that prisoner has to be given a second chance to improve their life quality by practical knowledge.
