Some people say that we do not need printed newspaper anymore. To what extent do you agree or disagree ?

The advent of technology has led to an upsurge in digital media, which has given rise to the belief that traditional printed newspapers have become dispensable. While some individuals may still prefer the traditional means of acquiring news, I am of the opinion that the role of online news is more significant since it provides instant information and benefits the environment.

A person's worth nowadays seems to be judged according to social status and material possessions. Old-fashioned values such as honour, kindness and trust no longer seem important. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Our society has progressed in many ways but regrettably regressed in terms of humanity. It is argued that a person's value is determined more significantly by their social stature and wealth as opposed to the core values they possess. This essay only strongly agrees with the statement as we are indeed currently surrounded by a materialistic generation but there are still instances where the importance of humanity has not been superseded yet.

Taking a gap year to attain more experience is becoming prevalent among students. Recent years have witnessed a notion that the benefits of this path overcome the shortcomings. This idea does not seem to hold true to me because it creates many detrimental effects for students.

Poor nutrition and obesity is a problem in many developed countries and some people believe that a tax an fastfood would reduce the problem. Do you agree?

Not gaining the proper amount of nutrition and overweighting is an issue in a number of developed nations and a few of the populations consider that a tax on unhealthy food such as fast food would be a motivator to diminish this obstacle. I am not a fan of this kind of solution, as I am of the opinion that this could be to the detriment of the economy as well.

Some people argue that governments should pay more attention to the development of railways instead of building roads.While it is true that sometimes railway transportation is fast and effective,I disagree with this assertion,as compared with trains,there are many benefits to building motorways or highways.

Fossil fuels are themain source of energy around the world. However, people are being encouraged to use alternative energy sources such as wind energy, solar energy and so on. Do you think this is a positive or negative development and why.

Approximately 80% of industrial sectors use fossil fuels as a source of power.Although the government inspired general people to use other sources of energy such as wind and solar energy instead of fossil fuels.In my point of ,view it is a novel work for our environment as well as humanity because this kind of energy does not harm our climate and does not worry about carbon emissions.

Nowadays, electronic devices have become the most essential part of our routine. Humans have become totally dependent on these. One cannot imagine spending a single day without using computers. Most people use these for work or for personal use. These were introduced initially for work purposes. In recent times there is an uprise in working from home. There are both advantages and disadvantages to this phenomenon. In this essay, I will try to explain both with relevant examples.

In this day and age, the harmful effects of smoking have been clarified by scientists in a significant number of studies. However, it is still debatable whether the government should ban this product or not. From my perspective, cigarettes should be completely eliminated. This essay will elaborate on my belief.

Everybody experiences full of ups and downs throughout their lives. Once they encounter hardships and difficulties, some accept the situation as it is whereas others don’t give up and turn around the bad situations. I personally prefer the latter and this essay will discuss both views.

Children are expected to conform to some rules on many occasions. Sometimes disciplines, I think, are important to regulate children’s behaviours, but too strict rules may have an adverse impact on the problem-solving abilities of children.

It is sometimes argued that promotions are thoroughly effective in motivating people to purchase products, whereas others claim that advertisements are too prevailed to enhance consumer spending. Although there are some truths in the latter opinion, I mainly consider advertising is still one of the main tools to promote people’s shopping.

Several people believe that giving presents in cash is most favourable to be given to children, however some people oppose the idea. Giving money becomes very common nowadays even to the younger ones, but it is not helpful for them because, at a young age, children do not know the value of money yet. In my opinion, it is better to offer age-appropriate gifts to the young.

In today's modern time, the job has become more stressful and holidays help to provide relief from it. Vacation can be for any reason eg strike, festival or any other happening and its duration can also vary. There are multiple views relating to the time frame of these as some feel short are good and others have contradictory views.
