Selecting a suitable employee for a certain company is a difficult task. Some people believe that the personal information of a candidate will be helpful when filing for a vacancy successfully whilst others think that it might be not so important. This essay will discuss both sides of the argument and provide my own opinion.

In general, people have been doing so many things to stay fit in the long run. It is argued by few that choosing an exercise centre for their better fitness is not required; however, others opined that by taking proper meals with some traditional workout, individuals can make themselves more fit and healthy. I totally agree that taking good food with some common exercise sometimes is enough to stay healthy.

Nowadays, there are more fathers staying at home to nurture their children. It is argued that female people are dominant in taking care of their kids at home, and the male crowd is not appropriately doing this job. There are a lot of old buildings in need of renovation in major cities which would be a massive undertaking with financial constraints. However, based on the opinion of some experts, it is better to divert those funds to build better infrastructure like housing and roads. Personally, I vote for the restoration of the buildings.

Throughout certain amounts of time many architectural buildings, that have historic and cultural value get old and require restoration and renovation services. It is popularly known that these kinds of activities are very expensive and even sometimes cause the default of a nation. Many experts argue that rather than obtaining and renewing them, it is much more adequate to invest in the development of the infrastructure of the city. Personally, I give preference to giving new life to old buildings.

Although groups hold a sensible opinion, I agree with the first statement.
