Some children spend hours every day on their smartphones. Why is this the case? Do you think is a positive or negative development?

With the ongoing advancement of technology, smartphones have become an integral part of human lives; however, there has been an emerging issue, namely the overuse of these kinds of devices among children. There are two major causes behind this, and this tends to have more negative effects on them.

Most high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 per cent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women. Do you agree?

In first-world countries, a significant amount of high-level jobs are occupied by males although the employment of females in countries is greater than men yet, it is often opined that women should also be appointed to higher posts. However, I agree with the above statement and will explicate my point of view.

However, I entirely concur with the latter statement on a basis of enriching people's abilities.

However, happiness always lacks in their lives. In this essay, I am completely agreeing with this statement because of the breach of their personal lives and negative remarks on social media.

In the contemporary world, there are various means to sell goods, especially, items of children's interest are sold through broadcasting commercials on TV or displaying them on billboards. However, many parents consider it inappropriate due for certain reasons. This essay intends to analyze the benefits of both perspectives and would explain the reason why I am in favour of the latter view.

I totally disagree with this statement, because the gap in salaries is needed to differentiate employees from their qualifications, and It is also can boost the motivation of employees.

In the modern days, taking risks plays a crucial role in everyone's growth. People believe that taking risks is important in their professional as well as personal lives because it develops personal growth which helps them their entire life to become successful. In my opinion, the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages and I will also discuss the other side in the forthcoming paragraphs.

In this modern generation, everyone is attached to electronic gadgets and the majority of people are used to reading e-magazines on their own cell phones or laptops. apart from ,that no one wants to use paper books and seat in libraries. so I agree with this notion and I will explain it in a further essay.

There are many discrepancies in index salary per country, some countries earn much higher than others. Thus, this incites a debate about whether is a good thing to do, some would argue that salaries need to keep under some certain level and others also argue that it will also be benefitting the country in the end.

This is critical for some companies because it helps during the hiring process.There are frequent cases when applicants are asked about their marital status and their interests. While some state that there are irrelevant queries to be asked, other controversially support these kinds of questions.
