In most sucessful organizations some people believe that communication between managers and workers are the most important factor,other people say that other factors are most important. discuss both views and give your opinion

It is believed by a few people that communication between junior and senior workers is an essential part of the success of the institute. whilst many people argue that there are plenty of other paramount factors. I partially agree with both statements because guidance by higher authority to the employees is better for the company, while other factors also are considered to achieve goals.

Men do most of the high-level jobs. Should the government encourage a certain percentage of these jobs to be reserved for women? What is your opinion on that? Use your own knowledge and experience and support your arguments with examples and relevant evidence.

Many males possess high-grade jobs while very least women have them. In order to provide gender diversity, I think it is important for the government to encourage some high-level jobs reserved for women. I agree with the notion that government needs to provide gender diversity. Analyzing the increase in innovation and problem-solving while there is gender diversity in the labour pool will prove this.

Several parties believe that giving strict punishments to every avenue offender is one of the solutions to decline the number of pathway accidents. However, others think that developing boulevard safety is more effective. In my perspective, both elements are necessary to reduce the number of individuals who get a negative impact when they are driving.

Nowadays children are bullied increasingly at school which becoming an alarming situation. The reason can be the educational background of the family. The good news is we can resolve the issue by loving the members instead of fighting, violence, etc.

It is advised by many doctors that to live a healthy life, senior citizens should exercise on a daily basis. However, it is observed that most older people can not maintain this routine. In this essay, I will discuss the reasons behind this behaviour and will provide some solutions so that they can be motivated to live a good life.

These similarities can help some society build their position in identification level but is it overly necessary?

It is sometimes argued that spending on media and video games is a good point for children, while some individuals think it is bad. I personally think that the detrimental effects of games and TV are more than their benefits, however, I have some reservations. My reasons will be presented in this essay.

It is believed that the maximum rules made by parents and teachers are to instil good habits and for the purpose of protection. There are two perspectives. One who believes that global events like the Olympic Games are important and they help bring countries as a whole but the counterpart thinks that it's a waste of money, besides this can be utilised elsewhere on more important problems.
