In many places, new homes are needed, but the only space available for building them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there. What is your opinion about this?

Some are of the opinion that, satisfying the essential need for building new houses in the countryside as the only option to supply the land is significant. Much as I agree that saving the natural environment is necessary, I think that it is an undeniable fact to answer the rising need for building new homes.

Some people believe that unpaid community service should be a compulsory part of high school programs (for example working for a charity, improving the neighborhood or teaching sports to younger children). To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is argued that community service should be a part of high school education. This essay does not agree with the suggestion because of the burden it puts on the students. This essay will initially discuss why pupils should focus more on their studies instead of serving the community and why it is unfair to the less solvent students.

In this contemporary world, media is playing a vital role in society.It is believed that media has ultimate control over people's opinions and attitudes and others agree that this can be solved by doing minimal changes.I completely agree that the public is judicious about what they are exposed to in the media.

Some think that governments should tax unhealthy foods to encourage people to eat healthier. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is obvious that food is paramount for people in their daily lives. Therefore, people believe that food that is harmful to the health should be taxed by the government to make people eat healthy food. Although charging unhealthy foods is a good way of encouragement, I believe that they should also be aware of foods that are detrimental to their health.

Government should spend money on Railways rather than Roads. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In recent years, there has been a booming breakthrough in the methods of transportation in order to support the growing population. Some argue that investing in rail lines would be beneficial, while others claim that improvements to highways would be more effective for overall transportation. I agree entirely with the first statement since travelling by road vehicles is the leading cause of environmental problems.

In the majority of countries, some citizens believe it is significant to spend a large amount of money on building new railroad tracks for quick trains among cities. Some people think improving existing public transport should receive the money from inhabitant. There are many views and factors to consider about it. From my perspective, if I am concerned with my country or most countries, I would prefer to pay for upgrading public transport.

Various individuals advocate that working for the same organization is beneficial. While others believe that switching companies can offer meritorious incentives. In this contemporary era, everything is changing very fast, including the way of interaction between people. Some people profound that individuals prone to become self-reliant ever than before, while others believe that today's people are more independent than in past. I find I am inclined towards the latter thoughts. In the forthcoming paragraphs, we shall see both prospects and my outlook on the topic.

It is argued that the educators will be removed by A.I. in educational institutes. I do not agree with thes statement due to Artificial Intelligence's adverse effects. However, A.I. could be used in online teaching that can be a substitute for conventional face to face teaching.

Preserving the settlement neat, governments and individuals have always disputed their own responsibilities. Most of the time they devolve this heavy-duty to one another and it seems to result in unfruitful efforts keeping the environment pure. In this essay, both opinions will be elaborated on.

It is widely thought that people have to pay a charge to enter into many museums. While others think the admission pay is not necessary. I believe that although fees for museum entrances could bring some disadvantages, overall, they have more benefit in several aspects.

The topic of the young generation is receiving much attention from the public. Many claimed that the kids are more and more becoming free compared to the former age. From my perspective, although they escape from the severely outdated laws, they have to face the contemporary problems which have just appeared in this modern era.

‏In this contemporary era, An increasing concern from many people around the world is protecting countrysides from any construction. While one of the most topical issues is required to build new houses, I believe construction in an environmentally friendly way will be beneficial.

Certain people believe that having many sports infrastructures is the perfect way to promote the health of many people. On the other hand, others argue that this can hardly change anything unless a different approach is made to this. Personally, I believe people's health can only get better if they are included in compulsory keep fit activities and get incentives as well.

Based on the extended network of transportation,people have easy access to a variety of merchandizes in their hometown,while some of them used to be found just in some particular vicinities.Therefore,the differences that there were in their products have vanished practically.Whereas some negative footprints are associated with this alternation,in my point of view,its benefits surpass.However,both sides are uttered here.

Some people believe that the experience children have before they go to school will have the greatest effect on their future life. Others argue that experiences gained when they are teenagers have a bigger influence. Discuss both views and give your opinions.

The precedence of hands-on exposure which part of growth should be essential and advantageous which was always a hotly debatable topic has now become more controversial with many people claiming that it is beneficial to acquire skills in adolescence for future prospects while others reject this notion and argue that physical trial should be at teenage due to wider incentives. In my opinion, the latter proposition appears to be more rational. This essay will further elaborate my views for favouring the positive and negative impact of both trends and thus will lead to a logical conclusion.
