Some people think that new houses should be built in the same style as older houses in the local area. Others disagree and say that local authorities should allow people to build houses in the styles of their own choice. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Undoubtedly, along with the development of technology, new methods have been invented to design buildings. In this regard, some people believe that every person should have the right to design their living area in their own taste, however, others mentioned that there should be some restriction in designing the constructions in order to improve the cities view. As far as I am concerned, there should be a balance between these two points of view, and governments should have the authority to protect areas from extraordinary styles.

As mass communication and transport continue to grow, societies are becoming more and more alike leading to a phenomenon known as globalization. Some people fear that globalization will inevitably lead to the total loss of cultural identity. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

There is no doubt that these days societies are facing a phenomenon called globalization. The question is that globalization going to lead to a complete loss of cultural identity? In my opinion,I think that globalization has a big impact on our communities.

It is known that the usage of mobile phones increased immensely in the last few years. Therefore people discuss whether the government should start to restrict ownership of mobile phones to protect us from harmful effects on our health and on society.

Nowadays, technology develops constantly. There is a prospective plan to turn vehicles, such as buses, trucks and cars into an automatic regime which means without drivers and everyone will be in a passenger seat. In my opinion, there are advantages and disadvantages as well, I am going to discuss both sides. I believe that people can enjoy more with improvement, unfortunately, any progress costs unemployment.

There are many different opinions that the majority of university students should learn subjects that they like. Although, some people believe that learner should select subjects that are the most important in the world and relate to modern life. I completely agree that college students need to study whatever they love, which I will expand upon in the following paragraphs

As technology is increasing with leaps and bounds. Social publishing sites are used by every age group of individuals and they are sharing daily routines on it. This has a lot of bad circumstances. I strongly agree with this statement there are ample disadvantages of sharing all the information on social radio.but these are also lots of advantages of this which cannot be neglected. I will explain my view with the reason in the following paragraphs

Well, the fewer public thinks that learning is a right of every individual whether they belong to any financial background so that, the regime must give it free for all. I personally agree with it should be free for everyone so that they make their better future because college degrees are a must for all and also decrease the crime rate in societies.

Nowadays the number of young couples living together before to even decide to get officially married has been increasing. The reasons for this practice are several and from my point of ,view it is a very good decision to make. In this short ,essay I will explain my personal opinion by explicitly the 2 main reasons about why it is a good decision and give some examples.

In my opinion, I think moving to foreign nations has immense advantages, however, it has detrimental impacts on the development of children. These days exercises play a very important role in our lives. While some people are of the view that going to the gym on a daily basis is not necessary others are of the view that going for walks and having a balanced diet will be more useful. Although a person may not need to use another language when living in their own country, I agree with the latter view because those who can speak another language are more likely to become successful individuals.
