Nowadays there is a growing trend of obesity rate in many countries, which may lead to a decrease in health conditions. A variety of reasons may cause this situation. In this essay, factors that contribute to this problem and the solutions to it will be discussed.

There is a hot debate between the population related to celebrities' participation in international aid companies. A group of individuals believes that one of the ways to bring the community's attention to the crucial issues could be by the help of celebrities to the international aid organizations; while, another group opinion is that participating famous people in the problems make it unimportant for the community. This essay will discuss both statements and my point of view in the following paragraphs.

Although friends who share our values and interests can better understand us in tough situations, people who criticize us or disagree with us could give proper guidance and show us the real situation. This essay will discuss both sides before arriving at a conclusion.
