Company and employees both are connected with each other very closely. Some people think that youth and bring more benefit whereas, some people oppose and say that older citizens can make more profits. In my point of view, I think youngsters can bring more profit to an organisation.

There is much controversy over the role of parents in nurturing offspring. Some people suggest that parents should teach their children right and wrong while others argue they are only responsible to provide a safe condition for them to grow. Although I agree with the latter view, it is noteworthy to bear in mind parents' roles are perplexed and need more consideration. I will discuss both views in this essay which is proceeding by my opinion.
