In recent days student exchange programs are well practised all around the world. Some teachers believe that it is advantageous for all adolescent school students, while others see drawbacks in this trend. In my opinion, getting close to a new culture and forming self-independency overweights its drawbacks.

In every single year, humans' daily life has been developing every second to make our life and environmental surrounding get better in all aspects. Nowadays, the populations have better lives than people in the previous period did. Environmental issues have been increasingly becoming significant these days. Due to humankind detrimental activities, we witness many deterioration trends in plants and animal species. Many people claim that it is better for the company, if the supervisor makes decisions alone, while others say that workers should take a part in it. Whether or not choice-making is a debatable issue. From my point of view, managers should make decisions without anybody's help, because other employees may have less background and misconceptions.
