Some people believe that there should be fixed punishments for each type of crime. Others, however, argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. Discuss both these views and give your opinion?

It is believed by a few that the government should decide fixed penalizing law for every type of offense, whereas others postulate that the personal situation of an individual should be taken into consideration, while giving the punishment. In my perspective, the latter one is the better choice because every individual has their own reasons when they commit any crime.

Education is a controversial topic especially when it comes to tuition fees. Most people believe that education should be provided by the authority, however, there are some who feels that students should be the one who would be responsible to pay for the full amount, which I am in favour of and this way, students will be introduced on the value of money.

Some advocate that the construction of underground roadways would alleviate such problems. In today's advertising era, it is easy to see sponsors' attractive branding in any championship or sports stars' outfits. Although it can be argued that this type of promotion is as good as other advertising tools, others seem to be more suspicious. However, I believe that the benefits of this marketing tool far outweigh the drawbacks.

It is predicted that in the future, some transportation will not need a driver. In fact, just passengers will travel in cars, motorbikes, and trucks. In my view, this idea will affect more people than the benefits which can bring.

It is the fact that humans are social animals that are born to live in communities. Additionally, to make society peaceful, we have to be empathetic. In my opinion, I totally disagree with this view. At present, there are a great number of humans whose economical status is worse because of not having a job that pays and as a result they can not afford a home.So, many suggest that the national rulers must look after them. I agree with the statement only to a certain extent.Because it is true that they do not have enough opportunities due to multiple reasons such as no education, higher age people but there are persons who misuse this facility and tend to not work at all.

It has been suggested that companies should disregard how their workforce dresses and focus more on their work results. Although I certainly agree that outcomes are essential. I believe that equal emphasis should be placed on workplace clothing.
