Opinions vary on whether or not interaction between managers and employees has become a substantial contribution to a corporation's welfare. From my perspective, I would argue that other measures are equally important and should be taken into account as well although it is thought by some that this communication plays a crucial role.

Lecturing or providing tutorials to students is a common teaching method followed for years. Lecturing helps students to grasp information with ease and can inculcate innovative ideas. However, the learning experience can be even more interesting if scholars use technical tools of education for their studies. In my opinion, both lecturing and the usage of technology is equally helpful for pupils' academic prospects.
