In this day and age, students are less active in class and face problems of lack of concentration and attention to what has been taught by the teacher. Too much use of mobile phones and social media is the main reason for it and the problems can be solved by parents by restricting the hours children spent on phones.

Our changing lifestyles have had a far-reaching effect on our health. Today, many young children are chronically overweight as a result. In this essay, I will outline some causes of childhood obesity and suggest ways the problem can be addressed. While obesity has several causes, poor diets and insufficient exercise appear to be key drivers of this serious disease. A move to a convenience food diet both in schools and at home has resulted in many youngsters eating mostly nutrient-low foods, which are high in sugars and fats and low in fibre. Our bodies are unable to process these foods efficiently so fat accumulates until our body mass index is high enough for us to be diagnosed as obese. Exercise is well known to assist the body in getting rid of fat but the reality today for many children is that they take almost none. In the 21st century, every country's major challenge is to upgrade its general public health standards. Many people advocate that by building a large number of sports centers the well-being of residents will be improved, whereas others argue that only sports facilities would not tackle the entire problem and other provisions should be encouraged. I completely agree with the latter statement and will explain it in the forthcoming paragraphs.

Health issues are a concern for the working community as they involve less or no physical movement either on a daily basis or in a free timetime. Perhaps, one main reason for this would be an imbalance between work and personal, However, this could be resolved by managing their day effectively with minimum exercise on a daily basis and a healthy diet.

Although there are downsides, this essay represents that the advantages are stronger as elderly citizens tend to commit fewer crimes than adolescents, carry out their job responsibilities more effectively due to their working experience and do not orchestrate some meetings against the current authorities.
