Full-time students indeed need to learn, because this is their task in school. As full-time college students, they need to obtain the required credits, complete essays, and finally graduate to acquire degrees, to be worthy of their education fees.

In many countries, good schools and medical facilities are available only in cities. Some people think new teachers and doctors should work in rural areas for a few years, but others think everyone should be free to choose where they work. Discuss both of these views and give your own opinion.

I believe that any person, including doctors or teachers, have the right to live where they want to, since the freedom to choose the place for their work and any other activity is the immanent right of human beings. This is because such a privilege is guaranteed by international law and it would be very unfair to make exclusion for some categories of workers. It is very similar with the slaverness or restrictions to move from villages that used to be applied in the past centuries and now is being considered as a relic of the past and now is a type of crime against humanity. The same reason has to be applied to any restriction in respect of people of certain professions or skills.
