First of all, increasing salary will certainly improve employees' loyalty to the company. Many workers complain that the limited disposable income is the primary reason for them to permanently leave their enterprises. Considering the significance of wages, it comes as no surprise that the retention rate in companies that provides more benefits to its staff is far higher than others. Welfare, such as increased paid leave and holiday pay, will also help companys attract talents. Ultimately, when it comes to fierce competition, businesses that treat their workers badly will suffer brain drain.

Healthier lifestyle is important for everyone to be fit and to live longer life. In recent days, this has changed a lot due to unhealthy diet and not involving us in physical activities and this leads to a major health issues for a people. There are many reasons behind these changes like not eating on time and changes in work environment. But it is our responsibility to be fit by involving us in a social activity and doing physical activities.

Nowadays people throw away old things and adapt new things. Do the disadvantages of throwaway society outweigh any possible economic advantage?

Lately I am not visiting restorants so often, but there is one restorant in Barcelona I had dinner once with my boyfriend. That was a fish restorant near Marina Vela Barcelona. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cosy and warm. Near the enter of the restaurant street musicians were playing folk spanish music so charmingly  and cute that and passersby were gaving them coins.
