There are many reasons behind these changes like not eating on time and changes in work environment. But it is our responsibility to be fit by involving us in a social activity and doing physical activities.

People have mixed views on such an issue as some believe that the formal examination is significant to evaluate one's academic performance whereas other argue that course projects are necessary becuase it provides an accurate assessment. Personally, I agree that course work is indispensable when it comes to evaluation student's academic results for the following reasons.
