First of all, increasing salary will certainly improve employees' loyalty to the company. Many workers complain that the limited disposable income is the primary reason for them to permanently leave their enterprises. Considering the significance of wages, it comes as no surprise that the retention rate in companies that provides more benefits to its staff is far higher than others. Welfare, such as increased paid leave and holiday pay, will also help companys attract talents. Ultimately, when it comes to fierce competition, businesses that treat their workers badly will suffer brain drain.

But it is our responsibility to be fit by involving us in a social activity and doing physical activities.
