Nowadays, children's development is one of the most noticeable topics in the world. As science grows, some scientists claim that a person will become a criminal is depend on genes, while others argue that the environment and education are the main factors to determine whether a child admits to a crime in the future. Divergent as people's views on this issue in question may be, I believe that human is good-natured and crime is a result of bad development.

Overall, the proportion of the total number of people in North America, Europe, and Rich Asia-Pacific are far lower than their distribution of wealth, whereas in other regions their population is higher than the financial percentage. Moreover, the richest areas are North America and Europe; in contrast, the poorest places are Africa and India.

The greatest difference between the total number of people and the level of richness is North America, at nearly 7% and 34%, respectively. Similarly, China also saw a significant disparity between them, but the pattern present the opposite, which the figure for global people at 23% and wealthy distribution at 3%.
