Ho Chi Minh city or Saigon has always been a crowded and bustling city both daylight and midnight. Since it is one of the developing cities in Vietnam, a flood of people come from everywhere in the whole country to live, to work and to study here. Hence, Ho Chi Minh has soon become active all day when people will go to work during the day and spend time relaxing or hanging out with friends at midnight. For instance, at 3 a.m you can still see a myriad of people around the Ben Thanh Street Food Market or in the Nguyen Hue walking street. Although it is bustling, somewhere in the city you may notice the homeless people wandering on the streets all night which show the other face of SaiGon.

In the first case, it is easy to make important decisions without disagreement from other co-workers while in the second case, there are a lot of new ideas which can improve the company.
