Dear Mr. Hanson, We've received quite a few complaints lately about our company's receptionist bill. I thought enough about what I can ofer to improve the situation, and I am ready to offer my ideas. Half of the complaints concerned the interior of the reception area itself. Some were about the fact that the interior is unplesant to the eye and even a little annoying. Besides, a fairly large number of visitors complained that the sofas and chairs in the reception area were really uncomfortable. So, this is only the first half of the complaints. But, the second concerns the staff in the reception and their work. Some visitors were given the wrong visiting hours, confused the data and, in addition, indicated incorrect information.
