Multicultural societies, where people of different groups live together, bring more benefits than drawbacks to a country. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

The context of this problem is the employee time attendance of one organization by using the notebook for checking time attendance. The specific problem I am focusing on is that every employee has to sign in the notebook before 8 AM and sign out of the office at 4 PM. However, there are some employees who are familiar with the staff who organizes the notebook. Therefore, the staff helps the late employee to sign in before 8 AM. I know this is a problem because it is leading to a problem with the organization that some employees will not be disciplined for their time to come to work, causing unfairness to those who come to work on time. This problem is significant because it obstructs the ability of quantity and quality of work provided to the organization.

Its true that everyone has their own subject of interest and an individual will more likely to prefer to learn indepth in it. But in schooling its mostly in common that one should give equal concentration in all subjects, while some others tend to give more important to favourite subject in their teen life. I strongly agree that in teenage, people should definitely learn all subject in same way of one another in this eassay.

A good count of folks agreed with the statement while others think job experience is very important . Whether to agree or not it's a tough-provoking question.
