This essay will discuss the effects of overtime. In my ,opinion the disadvantages of work long hours are greater than its advantages. Nowadays some people task overtime every day. As a ,consequence they finish their task, earn many salaries, and assessed well by their entrepreneur. In many countries, overtime one our salary is as half as casual 30 minutes salary. Even in Japan, the fee is counted starting from 81st overtime in a month. So the companies use their coworkers effort-free. Some modern CEO and chief officers see employers who work long hours has not enough skills to finish the task in time. ,Also work more than regular minute bring stress to people and it affects their performance. Some employers let their employees work many hours in a day, even during the holidays. So these employers do not have enough time to spend with their families, friends and develop themselves.
