The available and progressive technology may lead to vanish the physicall versions of books or newspapers. In my opinion, this can lead to decrease significantly the usage of printed books and newspapers but has not negative effect on study rate in soviety.

In the first place, owning a property creates a sense of permanence and stability to house owners. This also allows owners to build connections with their neighbors, and in return they get a sense of community belonging. On top of that, buying a home is a great asset these days. The world population is much bigger now than it was in the past. More people means excessive demand for housing, and its prices rise. For instance, some people in Shanghai buy undervalued property, fix up, and sell it after a period of time for a profit.

There are statistics separated on coastal (1), woodland (2), farmland (3) and all types (4) during the period from 1970 to 2004. admittedly, I agree with those who say the inappropriate comments on the internet is a cancer of our society. One of the reasons behind this is people confuse the idea of public and private. Many of them communicate on the Internet in their homes, which means they are mentally in public while physically in private. As a result, they might speak out their inner words on the Internet. Hateful speeches and cyber-violences could lead to real-life suicide, which can not be neglected by us. However, this is a great way for us to know our friends, colleagues, or even family members better. Seeing someone in his true colours can help us prevent unnecessary troubles.
