Recently,there is a hot topic that the cities should be designed to be beautiful or functioanl.Different people hold different opinions, some citizens believe that beatuiful cities are better than the functional one ; while others hold that fuctionality is the most important thing for a city. For me I Perfer the former.

Everyone needs to adapt to changes according to time. In today's world, means of communication is mostly digital and younger people are rapidly learning to use computers and mobile phones since their early years.

In 2020, I bought a condominium that was still under construction and it was predicted tobe completed in 2023. However, owing to the pandemic of Covid-19, the completion date has been delayed. On April 30, 2024, I completed the vacant possession appointment for house key collection. Me and my husband have spent lots of time and funds on the house renovation and furniture. At the end of June, We started to move into our first owned house. I would like to state that for me to pursue this qualification by taking a course in Australia would create various job opportunities and better salaries. I wish that with this benefit, I can contribute more to my family and my home country, Malaysia.

Some specialists believe that it is better for children to start learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school. I personally believe that although learning foreign language at an early age is difficult, the advantages of learning foreign language at the primary level outweigh the drawbacks because a child's early age is the best age to learn a new language.
