According to research, exercising has a positive effect on health for both young and old individuals. This is why doctors are looking for ways to encourage the elderly keep in fit. Unfortunately, it has been noticed that the majority of people in older ages do not practice, daily. Personally, I think that this is because they have disbelief in their capabilities and fear of getting hurt. Therefore, in order to pursue them to exercise more, it is crucial to make them obtain belief in themselfs and to overcome their fears.
