Some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should be required to work in the country where they did their training. Others believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

While some asserts that it is cumpolsory for individuals with specified jobs to work in the same continent where they performed the training, others suggest that freedom should be given to each person. Through this essay, I will elaborate both sides of opinion regarding this matter.

I believe optimizing countryside will give immediate solutions for the urgency although the development may disadvantages local people from the area.

As far as it is said that the matter of air pollution and growing traffic, the best solution is to increase the petrol cost I agree with this opinion, and I will explain some other ways for these issues.
