It is widely acknowledged that there is a surging number of people who utilize social platform to keep in touch with many people in the world and update new events. From my personal standpoint, I do believe that social media plays an indispensable part of our life in today's wolrd.

It is undeniable the employees have long-term trends working at the same company. However, Some people argue it is better when working with a different company. In this essay, I will explain the pros and drawbacks of working same organisation and changing organisation and I believe that working in different organisations is better for career path growing.

There is a common belief that educational institutions such as schools are responsible of taking care of only academic success of students. While I agree that schools should provide pupils with a variety of skills that can be implemented for an effective learning or future career building, I would highlight my personal point that other unrelated skills should be a free choise of each and learned through their lives, out of academic activities.

I have 4 years of experience in the sphere of design, I know what it is to create an interactive, gamification product. I take the quality of my work very seriously. Vehicles are popular in the cities, almost houses have 1-2 cars at a result to traffic congestion in the road. I agree with this message because they need plan to leave home to office before 7.00 a.m. thus, avoid to travel in rush hours. So, the state should have managed problem for reducing cars on working days immediately.
