Many employees have their own reason why they go to work. Yet, the issue on whether a high salary can drive people to work has been exposed recently where some voices are also vocal about job satisfaction. However, I personally disagree with job satisfaction idea due to the argument that basically people earn money to fulfil financial needs and personal motivation.

In recent times, children have set many aims and have been trying to achieve them. Pupils who are given the message that trying hard can result in accomplishment. There are many views about commercial messages have been influential on selling their products to people as opposed to people who believe we do not care much to advertisements as they have been covered everywhere. While advertising has been increased remarkably, I believe many of them are able to persuade people.

Nowadays, in some countries there are comparatively huge proportion of younger adults than the older adults. This trend has some benefits because having a huge proportion of young people in the population results in the productivity for the whole population. Although there are some drawbacks of having more yourger adults than older ones, the benefits never outweigh the drawbacks.
