The Government is the one who can change it by law regulations, but individuals can have an influence on the environment, too. Everyone can take action which will reduce environmental problems. This essay will discuss two actions, which can be taken by everyone to combat the negative effects on the planet.

In this 21st century people does not care about there health, everyone is in rat race to earn money. Main causes for young kids and children everyone is dependent on technology and more addicted with mobile phones, carrying the phone with unusual seating or sleeping posture, it directly harms on their physic, mainly they will face health problem when they become an old person also the unwanted use of the mobile phones and having a junk food style at anytime. it getting the new generation in big problem of obesity.

In this day and age, it has become the norm for students from rural field or people without sufficient financial resources to give up on a university culture, resulting in a reduction in opportunities for such individuals to find jobs with desirable salaries and to improve the quality of their lives. Such unfortunate circumstances do not befall without cause and for this concerning issue, there should also be countermeasures, as I will humbly suggest below.
