In this modern era, many recruiters believe that universities and collages are more essential as compared to experiences and personal traits of employers .This essay will discuss about the reasons of this notion before exhibiting its conclusion.
In this competitive world, many parents are bound to go out for work. While some people argue that children of these parents benefit from this extra income, others contend that they lack support as a result of their parents’ absence due to their busy working life. Today’s financial condition pushes both parents engage in jobs in order to ensure proper maintenance their children. I am of the opinion that it is hard for both parents to avoid job and so they have to find a way to keep a good balance between work and family life in order to control drawbacks of this situation.
Special skills and practice knowledge are needed to reach a certain position, such experience cannot be part of any theoretical educational institutes. I believe gaining knowledge from practice experience is more useful than learning it from books.

Learning languages is a crucial thing nowadays especially English considering it to be an internationally spoken language. However, a lot of people climbed that the best way to learn English is through native teachers while others see the opposite.
