Science has always been quite an esteemed study field, however in recent years a bigger and more exciting job market has caused a noticeable decrease in the interest of young people for science. In this essay I will discuss two possible solutions to encourage young people to study science. The first option to consider is school programmes that could change the way students view science, giving a more hands on education, with interactive activities which make science a fun challenge, such as experiments and original projects. In addition students should be introduced to science in a completely immersive approach, with visits to places of interest and talks from professionals. Another solution could be giving students certain grants that assure a future in this field. The government should make and fulfill promises to young students, and raise funds to promote science studies which will provide stability and a job in the science field.
