Number of people advocate that the best way to stay fit is to go to a gym or a health club, whereas others belive doing everyday activities such as walking and climbing is enough. I personally agree with second statement since it is not only one way to going to a gym or a health club for fit.

I will discuss both sides and outline my personal opinion in the essay below. First, Higher educational institutes care about their reputation, therefore, they might only accept superior students, who will be able to study hard, and, consequently, gain more skills compared to students with low grades.
