There are a lot of gifts which people accept during life,but not all of them are unforgettable.From some people's perspective the present which special given for someone is memorable.Meanwhile,other people opposed this viewpoint.They think all gifts are equal for everyone.Perspectively, I am agree with people whose opinion is for special gifts side.Below I will explain my view with instances.

Many people believe that the layout of constructed buildings should be controlled by government. On the other hand, builders, who invest money in the project have an opposite view. This essay will discuss both the views, and in my opinion, it is a business, who should have the right to control the layout, as this will help them to increase profitability and create uniqueness of a brand.

The ever-increasing popularity of package tours to rural areas offers definite perks. Regarding the locals, they can enjoy the amelioration in the living standard. To achieve an increment in tourist arrivals and cater for the growing demand of incoming tourists, more entertainment facilities and transport infrastructure within these locations are often established and improved. Such easier access to better amenities can bring more joy and make lives less difficult in remote areas. As for the environment, tourists tend to show preference for lush and verdant space when it comes to what countryside or far flung retreats has to offer. I do certainly have views of commercial as tools which advance our lifestyle in many ways. Your neighbours have recently written to you to complain about the noise from your house/ flat

Yesterday, I received your complaint letter about the noise issue on last Friday. First of all, I would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. I had invited a few of our family friends to celebrate my wife 1st year work anniversary at our home. We had this plan in a hurry, so invited only limited people. We started late, which has ended little longer than expected. I understand that this would've caused inconvenience to some extent because our kids and friends' children met after a long time, so they were playing around and making noise with no rest. We have tried our best to control them, but we never realised that it could disturb as they were playing in the last room which has good insulation of sound. We would like to thank for your understanding and sorry for this issue. We will not let this happen again, especially late night with kids around.

I disagree with the statement that individuals should not pay taxes to the state. The government runs the country from the taxes it collects. Taxes are collected only from those who earn above a certain minimum limit. It is our moral duty to pay taxes.
