In some countries people’s weight has significantly increased while their levels of health have decreased. What do you think may be the causes of this problem and what solutions can you suggest solving them?

In today's world, obesity has become huge health concern, with people of some countries having put on a lot of weight along with reduced level of fitness. This essay would discuss the causes of these health risk namely; sedentary life style and extensive consumption of fast foods, and elaborate on solutions such as introduction of fitness break in work place and promotion of healthy foods using advertisement to tackle the same.

In many countries schools have severe problems with student behaviour. What do you think are the causes of this? What solutions can you suggest?

It is true that the issue of pupils’ bad attitude is getting worse all over the world. There are numerous reasons why the institute goers show a bad behaviour, but steps can be taken to tackle this problem. There are several reasons why young students exert unexpectedly Behaviour. Firstly, there is a lack of proper training among the teachers on how to control the pupils. Secondly, we live in a society where kids are showered with instant gratification. Parents are allowing their offspring whatever they demand almost instantly, and this is making these young minds impatience and not to listen to the adults. Finally, students have too much screen hour in terms of TV, phone and computer games; and this is making them unsocial and they end up acting in a bad manner. The line graph gives the data about the three different consumptions of spreads namely margarine, low fat & reduced spreads and butter between 1981 and 2007. Measurements of spread are given in grams. Overall, the trend to the margarine and butter went downwards in contrast to the low fat & reduced spreads in the given period.
