In many countries, owning an accommodation is very essential to people. This is because of different social, economic and cultural reasons. Let's explore why owning home is preferred over renting and whether this is a good or bad thing.

Today, kids are using their gadgets more often than a couple of years ago. There are many reasons why this condition can occur, such as modernization, policy, and so on. Modernization make the price of smartphones become more valuable so people tend to buy those for giving to their children. For good reason, this has let youngsters become smarter because of the presence of smartphones. Children can improve their skills individually without some help from teachers.

Many people believe that the government should invest more money in sport opportunities for average inhabitants, rather than training only a few individuals for the Olympics. In my opinion, it is crucial to help the society stay healthy, and develop in physical movement.

Nowadays, traffic jam causes many problems including pollution. Some people argue that the way to solve problems is to increase the gasoline price. In this essay, I will argue that I do not agree with this statement. Due to problem solving, there are two ideas that I think can solve problems. One is public transportation is one of solutions that can solve this problem on traffic problem. Additionally, the pollution law should be legislated.

From my point of view, I support the construction of the new factory.

In my opinion, I fully agree with the statement unless the books actually teach a lesson or prevent something.

Nowadays, there are significant numbers of museums that charge the visitors entry fees, while others require no payment. Whether or not this is beneficial to society is a moot point. However, this essay disagrees that making people pay for visiting museums is more advantageous than free admission because the charges might be too pricey for some museums, and the world will eventually lose their interest in art and history.
