Some people opine that advertisement is no longer useful, due to the people's demand. However, others state the opposite of opinion on it. For me, advertising is still very useful, and I will elaborate it in the following paragraphs.

Some argue that recruiting individuals who are solely motivated by money can yield dedicated sales workers. In this essay, I contend that a broader range of factors should be considered when selecting candidates for sales positions rather that just considering who are ambtious to earn money.

Every country has their own regulation system in terms of national defense. Some countries have adopted compulsory military service for their young generation after graduating from school. Moreover, it would be a good example for other countries to use the same system for men and women if possible. I strongly agree with this idea that will be explained throughout the essay.

Although, these competitions are of great importance, I firmly believe that providing better opportunities from a very start to all the children equally would be a better option.
