It is an inevitable fact that the public, especially the youth, spend more and more time on their smartphone. While it is a widely-held belief that this development has positive impacts, I think there should be a balance, and without one, the cons will outweigh the pros.

Some believe that when people compete at the workplace, school and in everyday life is a positive idea, which improve their work and increase their salaries. I concur that people should work together further because that will help them to remain healthy and create trust between each other.

In many countries, some companies have adopted remote work policies, allowing employees to work from home, while others still require staff to be physically present in the office. This essay will discuss both perspectives and give my opinion on which approach better supports productivity and creativity.

In recent years, owning your own house has become increasingly popular, especially in large countries with huge territories. Prices for rent have risen extremely during the past few years. Some would claim that robots can be used instead of humans in dangerous work, while others argue that robots can lead to several dangers. While robots can assist heavily in many hazardous fields, I believe that they can result in job loss for many workers in different sectors.

Currently, phones are used by young children for several hours a day. The reason is that parents usually allow toddlers to use mobiles to keep them entertained.Indeed, this can be beneficial due to wide access to educational materials.

Because the development of modern technology provides people with more possibilities to work outside of companies. However, some people think that this change may only benefit employees instead of employers. From my perspective, it would benefit both under suitable management.

Nowadays, there is an ongoing discussion about the determinants of success. While it is argued that the achievement of our goals is predominantly determined by how lucky we are, I am in opposition to that idea and believe that hard work, right attitude, and determined actions play a more crucial role when it comes to success.

Some say that communal libraries shouldn’t spend their limited funds on technological materials such as documentaries, computer programs, artificial intelligence, e-books and computers and only provide hardcover books. However, I completely disagree with this point of view because technological resources are much easier to store. Another very important reason it is convenient to analyse and find the knowledge in online resources.

There is no denying that health is significant. Exercise is essential for individuals to live a healthy life. There are many reasons why sport is vital, yet many people are not doing enough physical activity. In this essay, I will discuss some of the reasons why people avoid exercise and suggest possible solutions to this global issue.

Eco-friendly energy is becoming more and more widespread in both third-world countries and first-world countries. While it is commonly suggested that this alternate energy could sharply decrease fees and be better for the environment. Others believe that this is an alarming threat to energy security. In my opinion, I tend to believe that this green energy is needed and it could outweigh the energy security phenomenon.

Improving the lives of humans should be the most essential goal of science. In my personal opinion, I agree that scientists should give the most attention to improving humans' lives. However, I also believe that learning science should be aimed at improving animals' lives.

In today's globalized world, many assert that authorities ought to spend more money on expanding railways instead of roads.
