As a member of MDPI Open Access journal Fermentation, my role in an international publishing house has offered me a panoramic view of multiculturalism's rich tapestry. Over the past five years, I have engaged with colleagues from a spectrum of European and Asian cultures, navigating the intricacies of cross-cultural communication and collaboration. My commitment to diversity and inclusion materialized through spearheading a workshop that united over 40 colleagues from 10 different countries, creating a vibrant forum for exchanging cultural narratives and fostering mutual understanding. This initiative not only bridged cultural divides but also catalyzed a series of departmental policies to embrace diversity in our editorial processes.

In the contemporary era, energy consumption is growing on a daily basis. Many countries have their prime source of energy such as oil or coal whereas , other countries rely on other alternative sources. There are multiple factors for this trend and as far as my opinion is concerned, I believe that using the alternative has more benefits and is a welcoming approach.

It's assumed that Children think can earn everything they want by hard working. Overall, when children earn a target, their feelings and confidence are unbelievable, and can positively affect the development of their skills. On the other hand, children probably have more stress and become angry when are not able to reach a target. In this assay, both views will be explored.

While some advocate for a complete ban on phones in classrooms, others believe that judicious phone usage can offer benefits. This essay aligns with the perspective that responsible phone usage among students can be advantageous when used appropriately.

Nowadays, the situation with climate change is getting catastrophic. It is often considered that global companies are in charge of that, as they usually prioritize profit over sustainability. I partially agree with this point, since transnational corporations tend to pollute the environment without taking measures to improve the situation. However, I think that it is the government that should protect nature in the first place, setting laws to regulate harmful business activity.

Nowadays, a wide range of individuals head to university for graduate study, while most people prefer to motivate students to obtain valuable internships. Regarding the shortage of highly talented labourers such as woodworkers, plumbers, etc. I disagree that people should study at university to expand their knowledge widely. I feel that for two reasons which I will explore in the following essay.

It is clear that the countries that have good economies increase their budgets, although the poor countries lose money day by day. Most people know that this is the result of the economic strategy of governments. In my essay, i will explain solutions like education and the causes of this problem.

Nowadays it is requirement from employers of different companies for the employees to have a dress code or standardized clothing. This demand has both benefits, that includes professional image with equality and safety, and drawbacks, that expresses the lack of individuality and, also, comfort and fit issues.

In this day and age it is popular to discuss whether it is more favorable for the children’s well-being to take some kinds of sports which include working as a whole team in comparison with the sports including individual style. I partly agree with this notion and I think that both types of sports play valuable role in the lives of the children.

A group of individuals present the view that accepting an unpleasant circumstances such as an undesirable career or low income is the best way to tolerate the situation, whereas others believe that it is highly beneficial to make an effort to boost the status. I strongly agree with the latter opinion.

In the contemporary era, the existence of advertising has crept into many aspects of daily life. From my perspective, this tendency has raised many disruptive concerns relating to the issues of manipulating public opinion and fostering overshopping.
