Across the world, local shops are closing due to losing customers to online competitors. What problems does this produce? And what solutions can you suggest to overcome them?

Nowadays, most of the local shops around the world are closing probably because of losing customers to online competitors. There are many reasons behind this modern issue, some people think that might be because the local shops are not focusing on quality anymore, while others found that the high price of the products is the main reason. Personally, I agree with both of these two causes, furthermore, I believe that this is a real problem and there are many reasons more than what I mentioned above. In this essay, I will shed light on some problems this issue produces and some solutions that could overcome them.

In several countries, bought a new home can show advantages and disadvantages for some people. Moreover, renting a home it's can be positive or negative situation. These viewpoints will discussed below.

In a fast-paced and technological era, the demand for instant gratification has reached unprecedented levels. Goods, services and news can all be accessed instantly, satisfying the innate desire for immediate results. And it has been a subject of debate. From my perspective, I believe that it is a negative trend for several reasons.

The twenty first century has burst the way human beings obtain information. The opportunities and benefits that a person receive are widely better and faster than ever. Nonetheless, the free access to anyone in the world has mislead its initial purpose and nowadays, most of the data is fake or malicious. In this essay, I will elucidate why the aforementioned notion is true and add possibly solutions to face it.

In our contemporary era, technology advancement and invention have improved human quality of life. One of the recent inventions is car without driver. It is predicted that all cars, buses and trucks will be controlled by the artificial intelligence (AI) in the future, and 'driverless'. In my opinion, the advantages of it outweigh the disadvantages.

In the modern world, there are various types of activities, including unsafe sports. Some humans think that dangerous kinds of sports should be forbidden. Experts and athletes seem to have been discussing this issue for a long time. Some will agree with the statement, whereas there are opponents of this view. Both sides will be debated in this essay and my opinion will be given.

People have different views about whether advertising can convince and attract potential customers to buy items or they become common and cannot lure people's attention. While I agree that some adverts are repetitive, I would lean towards the former belief as I think we have been affected by adverts yet.

Supermarkets are places that accumulate a variety of basic day-to-day requirements for people, like supplies, groceries, vegetables, and fruits. Apart from that, all these supermarkets also sell food produced by them. This type of food is packed in containers and ready to eat at any time.

Scientific research’s purposes should bring benefit for the people living in societies. I believe that public research should bring back value to the communities who invested in it, but private research could aim for more profit orientation.

Education and health care service are considered to be the necessity for everyone as it is their right to receive the same amount of quality and service. Nowadays a tendency can be observed, that a lot of people travel around the world to discover other cultures. It is agreed , that visitors should respect citizens and their rules , otherwise misunderstandings can lead to different impediments. This essay ,firstly, will discuss the reason why adaptation to the local environment and their habitant's culture is necessary, followed by an analysis of situations when foreigners have the right to avoid rules.

In my view, allocating additional funds for adult education is essential as it fosters inclusivity, promotes economic growth, and addresses underlying societal challenges.
