the modern era, their is no doubt that social news is getting popular day by day and also replace face to face contact with people. In this essay, I will discuss both the advantages and disadvantages of the social media and also my thoughts.

Nowadays, the idea of having many part-time jobs has altered an individual's attitude to work in one place only. From my standpoint, I maintain the same viewpoint, perceiving that there are more advantages than disadvantages of this concept such as having a fascinating work environment as well as the opportunity to get more salary.

I desired to improve my multicultural capabilities, so I applied for the Global Teacher’s University (GTU) program at my University several times. First, I was selected as a trainee in Hawaii for a month when I was a sophomore. Living at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, not only did I learn methods to teach English but also the history and culture of Hawaii. I even had the chance to network with friends from other countries. Recognised for my global perspective and networking skills, the professor gave me funding to do research in Southeast Asia. As technology advances, travelling to space is likely to become an option for holidaymakers in the future. What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of space tourism?

In recent times, technology has advanced at a rapid pace. It wouldn't be surprising, if space trips as a leisure activity, would be prevalent in the near future. The benefit of travelling to outer space would expand one's knowledge base on the workings of the universe. However, the drawback would be that, not everyone would be able to afford such expensive journeys, in addition to health issues that may arise after the trip.

Exercises are often to be mentioned and recommended for all ages. Also, doctors recommend to get regular exercise for old people. However, elders do not have enough workouts due to several reasons. In my opinion, campaigns and education are the key to solving their physical activities. This essay is going to explain why old people do not have enough workouts and how they can be encouraged to do it.

Pursuing of high academic score in school is considered one of the most important goals for some which leads to many adopting the idea of removing non-academic related subjects like P.E and cooking from the learning curriculum. I moderately disagree with this initiative and will give my rationale in this essay.

Stress slays us from the inside and can lead to personal, social, physical and psychological issues that drive us to the verge of dilapidation. Stress and anxiety are far more severe and widespread among the modern generation than in their forefathers. The reasons for this crisis could be attributed to poor working conditions and the worldwide financial crisis. Several initiatives could be taken to address this problem.

In my opinion, although learning other topics may add general knowledge to students, specialising on the subjects that will deepen their knowledge about the degree will be more helpful in the future.

From my personal perspective, it is best for international institutions to lend practical assistance.
