Most people spend a major part of their adult life at work; therefore, job satisfaction is an important element of individual well-being. Various factors make a job satisfactory for an employee, but sometimes their expectations can be unrealistic as they don’t realize them while working.
In our ever-changing world, it is argued by a group of people that men and women have distinct qualities that serve different occupational suitability, thus several jobs are settled for boys and vice versa. From my perspective, I totally agree with the former statement and my essay will analyze the rationale for my viewpoint.

Many people believe that in the future,printed newspapers and books will become obsolete because online materials are available for everyone. Personally,I disagree with this idea because there will always have a place in our lives for printing materials and not all online materials are free of charge.
In this twenty-first century, while some of us including the scholars have been emphasizing to construct a new rail network by spending extravagance money, I mostly agree with the notion- capital needs to spend by considering the progression of the present mood of public transport. However, the introduction of fast trains can act as role model of development.
Nowadays, many kids spend a lot of their time playing computer games more than playing sports, since computer equipment are cheap and accessible. In my view, there are negative effects for them to make the child tremble, child violence problems and have weak physical conditions.
Some people would argue that the land in countryside should not be consumed for construction of new houses, whereas others would argue that countryside is a better option for living. I am in favour of the first argument.
As every year the city develops and becomes more and more traffic jams are urgent problems. Sometimes there are cases when a person gets stuck in traffic congestions for several hours to get home.
Nowadays more and more people think than high level of violence in modern movies generating serious social problems. The main reason to that is the child can get traumatized during scenes of cruelty and violence, which can lead to big problems in the future and a viable solution is a control that children do not watch such films.
In our ever-changing world, a group of people advocate that students ought to be allowed to criticize and make evaluation of their teachers while others suppose it to be disrespectful and intolerable. From my perspective, I totally agree with the former statement and my essay will analyze the two aforementioned sides of this opinion.

Nowadays, media and marketing have become a part of our daily life that play a role in affecting human shopping habits and decisions. Although advertising aimed at children is more and more popular in the world, it is argued that those advertisements should be banned. In my opinion, I strongly support this view and my reasons will be explained in the next paragraph.
The natural world has an important paper in our lives but the majority of people have a small understanding of it. Since we are part of this natural environment, as human beings are losing the understanding and the importance we have about nature. Therefore, this paper will be discussed and outlined the reasons why people have little understanding of nature. As same as how they can learn more about this topic.
It can be argued that the retired population, who live in senior homes, should be sponsored by the British government instead of their families. However, in my opinion, the family is the most responsible for these expenses and I will explain the reasons why relatives should take care of this concern.
Animals have been used for research purposes in the ancient and modern day ,this has proved researchers right and wrong in equal measure, this essay will explore the advantages and disadvantages' and draw a conclusion in the end.

I, Balram Panwar, grew up in a small town , Rampur Maniharan, India, where my family is heavily involved in agriculture. I used to do lots of chores along with my father at the fields. I had gone through the pain of farmers who spent all their lives in their fields. My father used to talk about the importance of education in life. While working in the field, I have learned the most valuable lessons of my life i.e we should respect all people, the importance of teamwork and how to mingle with people of different tribes.
