Many people believe that educational standards have declined in recent times, particularly in the areas of literacy and numeracy. Discuss the causes of this problem and offer possible solutions to it.

For years Literacy and numeracy had been viewed as two important subjects, which should be taught at schools to nurture better generation, but recently people are taking a fresh look at it, and replacing them with other subjects. A great number of reasons and solutions are being suggested by expert for this phenomenon. The following essay will overlook some of these rationales which are proceeding with some solution.

In the past, many male leaders have led our society to conflicts and violence. The world would be better governed and more peaceful if it was ruled by women. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There is a tremendously controversial perspective heating up the debate over the fact that letting male have political power tends to cause conflicts as well as violence. If women become leaders instead of men, the world would be more peaceful. While this thinking is valid to some extent, I slightly do not agree with this opinion.

traffic and accomodations problems are increasing and the government should encourage businesses to move from cities to rural areas. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

During the past decades, rural areas have gradually been abandoned by their dwellers in favour of big cities, where appealing job opportunities can be found. However, this overall trend has generated relevant traffic and accommodations issues, thus it is argued that local administrations should push businesses to move from urban areas to rural areas. While there will be both advantages and disadvantages related to this change, I consider that the positive aspects take precedence over the drawbacks.

In this era of globalization, competition is something that must be owned by people to improve their standard of living and competitiveness in life. Some communities belive that competitiveness should be encouraged. Although some people that youngster should have more cooperation than cempetition, it can be more useful for their future. This essay will give explanation from both of views clearly.

I am a proponent of this theory and firmly believe that local businesses are vital to keep communities together and in its absence can cause its disintegration. Throughout this essay, I will provide reasons for my belief with substantiation.
