For today's generation it is not satisfactory to work at a same place for whole life unlike their parents. In this essay I will discuss advantages and disadvantages of changing career changing career options.

While this might provides numerous benefits to both employees and employers, there are some hidden drawbacks to online working. The education plays a vital role in our life. It is evident that whatever decision is taken in life has its own merits and demerits. The adolescent group is also known to be the future of a country. Therefore, on one hand if they join a working sector it will enable their ability to decide which passion to persue for the upcoming time whereas , a tour will ensure spending a quality time with itself which aids in self- understanding. While , on the other hand it may head towards chosing a wrong path if not under strict guidance and also delay in studies.

it is considered that parents have preferences for children education such as learning at home or going to school. The homeschooling program could be the effective alternative for children who have the special needs. However, some argue that studying with friends at school might assist social, emotional and intellegence students. I do believe the schooling in the public or private school directly is significantly beneficial.

Nowadays, young people should be encouraged to volunteer more as volunteerism helps them acquire crucial social skills. More importantly, strong and young volunteers represent a vital resource for needed people. However, it is debated whether the above mentioned advantages outweigh some common disadvantages. Personally, I feel that a period of youth voluntary work is convenient not only for youngsters but also for the community.

Humans have been responsible for loss of wildlife, as they tend to exploit the natural world for their own purposes. Our ancestors, by contrast, understood their relationship with other species much better. I would argue that it is this sense of harmony with nature that we need to recapture in order to reverse the damage that we have caused.
