Some people believe that unpaid community service should be a compulsory part of high school programmes (for example working for a charity, improving the neighborhood or teaching sports to younger children). Do you agree or disagree?

Problems related to free community service are a ubiquitous concerns today. Some individuals assume that unpaid community servings have to be an obligatory part of high school systems while others do not agree with this belief. This essay totally agrees with this statement.

In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

For some people in several countries, having their own property is very essential for them instead of renting one. Here, I would like to explain about the possible causes and give my personal opinion about this situation.

Many professions around the world have different types of dress codes. It communicates, relevant institute's or company's identity. Most of the people think, that wearing accordingto a ,dress cord is far better, than wearing casual dressing. I completely agree with this statement, as this idea conveys much benefits for the employees.

In recent years, a growing number of people have decided to travel by train. Such a practice has aroused the attention of the public and people have mixed views on this issue. Some believe the developed train system enables residents to travel at low costs whereas others argue that building of railway system requires a tremendous amount of money. Personally, I prefer the train system to highways for the following reasons.

Some societies think that government grants must not be used for encouraging art and culture, whilst other people feel more emphasis on cultural exercise are advantageous for the country's people as well as culture, too. In this essay, I will discuss both viewpoints and give examples. Firstly, I will explore the government funding for art and culture and secondly I will discuss the other view that how cultural activities may be beneficial.

In this concurrent world it is undoubtedly true that some people cocur that public health are less effective and need other facilities to improve. However,I quibble from them and put forward my idea that public health is more effective and it increase the number of sport facilities.

Nowadays, it is impossible to be completely apart from technology due to the pandemic. As a consequence, this has brought many people to work from home. Hence, I believe that the drawbacks overweight the advantages of this cause.

The airline industry is thought to be one of the major impacts of climate change. Thus, some people contend that individuals should decrease travelling by aeroplanes, and in order to cut down carbon dioxide emissions, using order forms of public transportation is a better alternative to do so. From my perspective, I am on the fence, as this is not a reasonable way, and the governments shall implement regulations to meet the balance.

Some professionals like doctors and engineers should be required either to work in their training country or in another country as their wish. Both perspectives are not wrong as it can gives some benefits and good impacts. Thus, I will give my opinion to those perspectives.

Nowadays, an increasing number of people are facing healthy problems because of obesity. It can be seen the growth of overweight people in society. There are several reasons for this fenomenon, such as the change of lifestyles and the influence by advertising campaigns. To fight with obesity, some measures are needed to be taken by the governments and by ourselves.
