When compared to food prepared at home or in restaurants, most people perceive fast food to be junk food, an unbalanced diet, and unhealthy, hindering its growth. People who consume this meal on a daily basis are more likely to develop health problems. For example, consuming a lot of saturated fat, calories, and fibre while eating burgers, pizzas for a long time increases the risk of heart disease and diabetes. Furthermore, competition among these quick-service and take-out restaurants encourages them to create tastier, fattier cuisine to meet customer appetites, regardless of nutrition. I will explain both views in subsequent paragraph with appropriate example.
