In my opinion, the job seeker should not consider it as the most beneficial part of the employment, for this , the reason it has a reflection on the promotion process, as well as affects on striving for professional development.

Gender-based preferences may be seen in some of the subjects opted by girls which tend to be more relating to arts whereas ,in the case of boys, it appears to be more relevant to science while studying in schools or universities. Although the choice is based on their personal choices where females go for creativity and their male counterparts take a lead in the logistic approach, this trend must be amended with changing times.

Nowadays the problems of transport and accommodation are rising dramatically in most cities all around the world. The governments are encouraging individuals to settle in rural areas. From my point of view ,I personally believe this trend could have multiple downsides rather than upsides.
