In these days, there is a trend of students taking a year off during their school life. It is called the 'gap year program'. There are diverse opinions about this program. I will explore the disadvantages and advantages in this essay.

Nowadays, it is common for many museums to charge an entrance fee for the visitors. However, the others museums do not doing that. This happens because the museums need to pay for developments, the employees, the bills, and the other payments. In my opinion, this situation can give more benefits rather than drawbacks.

There are some arguments for large companies and industry have to move to other areas outside the urban centers. Although there is some drawbacks for this circumstances; I believe that the advantages for moving the industrial companies to regional areas can outweigh the disadvantages.

City construction is crucial to resident's daily lives, having a direct effect on people's life satisfaction. In my opinion, although shopping complexes can benefit local economy, it is more important to develop public areas for exercise.

The modern era of the 21st century blessed us with numerous advanced gadgets, especially for adolescents the way of spending their leisure time has been completely varied due to the introduction of the advancement. However, in my opinion, this changing face has more drawbacks than its advantages.

In recent days, sports with high risk to get injured are bumped due the increasing popularity among the young athletes and casual people, to experiment a strong feeling of adrenaline. Because of that are under the radar to be prohibited for who believes are putting in extremely danger and causing deaths with the opposite view of those who consider that any sportful person is responsible of his own decision and casualties. I am inclined to think that depends on how and where these sports and activities are practiced and displayed and most importantly the regulations following them.
