Some argue that social media and digital communication have caused the enhancing of social isolation. While these technologies allow us to connect with family and friends abroad through various apps, I think they also raise concerns about how virtual interactions affect our relationships and well-being. This shift has led to feelings of loneliness and superficial connections.

Supporters of this idea believe, that it has positive impact on maturity of teenagers. However, some people argue against this practice because students may lose academic performance after the break.

Although there are a lot of gyms, people are not interested in working out and want to lead a sedentary lifestyle.
