Economy is believed to be the most focused developmental target by many countries' authorities. On the other hand, many sociologists disscuss the importace of the homgenous development in all life charachtristics in a society. I utterly agree with the latter.

There are two contributing factors for this phenomenon, such as they seek instant results and lack of facilities. In order to overcome this difficulties some measurment can be taken, like, increase the amount of sport facilities as well as aware the importance of those through public awareness.
