Large business conglamerates are run and lead by the high level execustives. According to some people, these executives are worth the amount of equity that they charge for their services, while others argue that their talents are overexaggerated and their salaries should be in the relative range of their colleagues. It is my firm belief that each side has its own merits , however some top ranked CEOs are indeed deserve their bulky pay-check.
On the British road, the first car was seen in the year 1888. Then, the car numbers increased year after year till 2000, it reached 29 million vehicles. Some people and I think that other ways for transportation should be replaced it and there should be an international law for controlling buying cars and using them. This essay explores the alternative ways of transport and how ownership of a car can controlled by global laws. Personally, I completely agree with this notion as I will explain below.
There is a growing concern about the ocassions when individual types of transport are not allowed to be driven in the metropolitan area, While public transportation such as buses, taxis and metro are encouraged. In spite of having drawbacks, I believe that this practice can make our life better.
One of the widely discussed issues nowadays is that people put in danger their lives consciously. It it undeniable physical activities has become an essential part of our life. However, there is no absolute agreement as some people find extreme exercises beneficial, while others consider everything associated with radical acts negatively. Surely, there are pros and cons to that kind of exercises, but I believe advantages outweigh disadvantages.

However, there are some who argue that increasing tourism has a negative impact on the environment and should be limited. I strongly agree with this statement. I will analyse these problems and conclude with my personal opinion in the essay.
After getting into academy, enlistment need to decide where to live, and the choice severely affects their academics and career. Few people say that residing in a flat rather than a college hostel has more pros and others say that it has many cons. This essay examines both the benefits and demerits of living in a separate accommodation from living in a college residence. Personally, I would say living in a university dormitory has more benefits.
Aging population is one of the commonly discussed topics around the world. By having more elderly it certainly creates problem such as diminishing workforce and insufficient pension funds. However, it also comes with benefits whereby elderly have more experience whereby they are able to guide the young ones. Considering all angle, I am in the opinion that aging population comes with more disadvantages than advantages.
Shopping used to be an activity limited to only those who are able to afford it financially. As the society progress, more and more young people enjoy spending their free time on shopping. A major contributor to this trend is the advancement of internet technology and personally, I am of the belief that young people should be encouraged to explore different activities in their free time.
Some people think that helping others is their foremost thing that they should do if they get richer. However, I do not agree with their opinion.
Currently, there are some studies finding that advertisement is less likely to impact some people than before. Several factors may relate to this phenomenon which I believe is a positive development.
There are many factory produce food and drink is containing high level of sugar, it can causes a serious health problem in the long term. People believe is increasing price of the products will encourage people to consume less sugar. In this essay, I disagree about the statement. In my opinion, the government role is to supervise level of sugar in any manufacture products as well as they have to socialization how to healthy life.
Smartphones development is growing massively. It is becoming habit for most children to spending most of their time using mobile cell phone. It is normal for using smartphone in daily routine. In my opinion, this case would bring a negative impact for the children development in the future.
Nowadays, travailing overseas is popular for vacation.However,this essay will examin the drawbacks and the benefits of going in abroad trips.
Success is determined by many factors. Some believes the values taught by one’s upbringing plays a key role. Others are of the belief that knowledge and skills one learns at school are more important. In my opinion, both of the factors are equally important.
