Today cost of living become more expensive than it used to be. As a result, no one will dispute the importance of salary, however, in my opinion, it is not the main factor to keep employees engaged. In this essay I will discuss why I think job satisfaction is far better than a big salary.

Nowadys, the number of out of school youth who are jobless is increasing. The rise in youth unemployment iss going to negatively affect them in many aspect such as lead more crimes and get mental diseases. This cause by they do not have enough money to continue their studies and vacancies in companies with high requirements for their degrees. Numerous employees enjoy serving in one long-term company due to its conveniences, however, some workers prefer experiencing more differences and novel challenges from various institutions. These days, studying university degree is not as luxurious as it used to be in the past. I strongly believe that universities should encourage those students to start their degree and to fulfil their completion.

Thank to, modern technologies the crime rate is significantly decreased so, so they are one of the best obstacles in front of criminals. From my perspective this point of view does not reflect the objective reality, therefore there is not any prover shrink crime rate and furthermore, criminals have modernized simultaneously with their methods with the policies.

Abortion is a very sensitive topic in today’s society. Legalizing abortion is very hard task for the government and each country has it’s own regulation in place. Countries like Canada has elected people, who support abortion and can make it a law. So each country’s regulation in place says what the people’s opinion of that particular society.

The given flowchart provides a detailed and clear illustration of the consequences of deforestation which has been identified with four significant and major consequences. The first immediate consequence of deforestation can be understood from the soil compression which results due to the use of logging equipment making the soil hard and preventing water to seep into the soil and causing floods.
